By using CryptoGamma (https://cryptogamma.io), its pages, or its API, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Not financial advice

CryptoGamma is an independent analytics tool. All data — Gamma Exposure, skew, volatility metrics, signals, and any other figures — is provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Deribit or Google.

2. Accounts & API tokens

  • You may sign in with a Google account to generate an API token. One token is issued per account; generating a new one revokes the previous one immediately.
  • You are responsible for keeping your token confidential. Treat it like a password — anyone with it can make requests as your account.
  • We may revoke a token or suspend an account for abuse, excessive load on the service, or violation of these terms, without prior notice.
  • The API is currently free. We may introduce paid tiers in the future; existing free access will not be revoked without notice.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the site or API to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal API use.
  • Share, sell, or sublicense your API token to third parties.
  • Misrepresent CryptoGamma data as official Deribit or exchange data.
  • Violate any applicable law while using the site.

4. Data accuracy

We aggregate data from Deribit's public API and compute derived metrics (GEX, skew, signals, etc.) on top of it. We make reasonable efforts to keep this accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee correctness, completeness, or availability, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on this data.

5. Availability

The site, dashboards, and API are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. We may change, rate-limit, or discontinue any endpoint at any time.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
